CHEESE AND BACON QUICHE
Ingredients
1 puff pastry sheet (fresh or frozen can be used)
300g bacon, remove fat and roughly chopped
1 onion, quartered
30g oil
70g butter
50g milk
100g goat cheese, cubed
250g thickened cream
4 eggs
60g grated cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
1) Pre heat oven to 180°C.
2) Grease pan and line base and 1cm up the sides with puff pastry. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
