CREAM FROSTING
Ingredients
250g cream cheese
30g butter
90g icing sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
1) Place cream cheese, butter, icing sugar and lemon juice into the bowl and process using the pulse
function for 5 seconds.
2) Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula. Process for a further 5 seconds using the pulse
function.
Notes
Frosting can be used to ice your favourite cake. Sprinkle coconut and lemon zest and nuts over the top of
iced cake for added flavour and decoration.
