MEATBALLS
Ingredients
400g minced meat
3 slices of bread, broken into small pieces
2 cloves garlic
½ cup parsley, roughly chopped
½ onion, halved
1 eggs
50g milk
flour for coating meatballs
oil for frying
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

3) Add eggs, milk and blend for

4) Place mince meat into the bowl and process for

5) Form the meatballs into golf sized balls. Coat in flour and allow to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
6) Heat oil in pan and fry meatballs until cooked. Drain on paper towel and serve.
