CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients
150g butter
140g caster sugar
110g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
260g of plain flour
120g chocolate chips

1) Pre heat oven to 180°C.

5) Place golf ball sized balls of mixture onto greased trays allowing space for spreading.
Bake in pre heated oven for 10 minutes or until golden.
Notes
White chocolate and dark chocolate chips can be used in substitute for milk chocolate.
