ALMOND SAUCE
Ingredients
100g toasted almonds
120g onion
50g olive oil
100g white wine
500g thickened cream
salt and white pepper, to taste

1) Place the almonds in bowl and mix for

WHITE SAUCE
Ingredients
60g plain flour
500g milk
30g butter
1 tbsp oil

ground white pepper, to taste

1) Place all ingredients into the bowl and cook for

Notes
This sauce is ideal over steamed vegetables, through pastas or in lasagne. For a cheese sauce, reduce to
speed 2, and whilst machine is running add 70g of shredded tasty cheese until combined.
