STEAK WITH CAPSICUM SAUCE
Ingredients
1 small onion, quartered
2 cloves garlic
50g olive oil
50g green capsicum, roughly chopped
200g thickened cream
50g white wine
salt and pepper, to taste
2 steaks, porterhouse or scotch fillet
