Important
Only use moistened and potentially fl a-
voured wood chips. Use of dry chips is not
permitted.
Caution - Warning
Only use chips specifi cally prepared for
smoking with a length of not less than 4 mm.
ANGELO PO off ers appropriately selected
beech and oak chips.
Important
Before use, moisten the wood fl akes/chips
by immersing them in water for 30 minutes,
then removing the excess water before use.
Important
The maximum fl ake/chip load for both draw-
ers is 220 g. of products immersed in 140 g.
of water.
Caution - Warning
Close the drawer completely up to stop to
prevent uncontrolled air supply.
Caution - Warning
The appliance must only be operated with
Convection cooking after having inserted the
fume pipe (A) into the intake pipe (B) of the
Oven.
Caution - Warning
Use of the appliance in oven operating mode
other than CONVECTION is not permitted.
Important
For a better use of the oven with smoking, it
is recommended to use a phase cooking in
which the fi rst phase lasts approximately 20
minutes with a closed vent and ventilation at
minimum.
