The Smok drawer has a handle designed to
be moved safely. However, if extracted wi-
thout adequate cooling, the drawer can ex-
pose high temperature surfaces and unbur-
ned residues. Handle with extreme caution
and with adequate protections.

Do not use improper materials that are not
suitable for smoking. For example, combu-
stion of resinous wood, fresh or treated with
glues and paints may generate toxic fumes.

Only use chips specifi cally prepared for smo-
king with a length of not less than 4 mm. AN-
GELO PO off ers appropriately selected beech
and oak chips.

Operation with closed vent over 50% is not
permitted.

Once smoking is complete, disconnect the
fume extraction pipe and turn it to standby
position.

Lift the appliance’s fume pipe handle from
the oven’s suction pipe at the end of smo-
king.

Close the drawer completely up to stop to
prevent uncontrolled air supply.
Caution - Warning
Do not start the SMOK on an oven that has
operated for a long time at high temperatu-
res.
