INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR USE AND OPERATION
Important
Besides being authorised and appropriately
documented,and if necessary,instructed and
trained, users,on fi rst usage, have to simulate
several operations to identify the controls
and main functions.
Use only as intended by the manufacturer
and never tamper with any device to obtain
performance levels outside the rated specifi -
cations.
Before use, check that the safety devices are
properly installed and in good working or-
der.
As well as taking care to meet these require-
ments, users must also implement all safety
regulations and read the description of the
controls and the start-up procedure carefully.
DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS
A)
Timer with smoking mode selection
: to
switch on the appliance and adjust the wor-
king time on one of the three modes (STD,
STRONG or SOFT).

STD
: requires fi lling drawers 1 and 2 ( for pro-
longed smoking).
- overall cycle of 100’ including pre-heating.
- fume duration of at least 70’ tested with 0%
open vent.
–
STRONG
: requires fi lling of drawers 1 and 2 (
for intense smoking).
- overall cycle of 70’ including pre-heating.
- fume duration of at least 40’ tested with 0%
open vent - smoke density increased.
–
SOFT
: requires fi lling of drawer 2 ( for soft and
short smoking).
- overall cycle of 70’ including pre-heating.
- fume duration of at least 40’ tested with 0%
open vent.
B)
Orange light
: if on it indicates that the ap-
pliance is running.
