3 Information on driving

3.1 Before driving

Safety manual

Check the condition of all tyres and wheel rims.
Check the air pressure of all tyres. Tyre pressure
specifications;

Supplied maintenance manual

Bear in mind that the air pressure is higher at
operating temperature.

Remove all loose objects from the truck crane.

Checks in the driver's cab

Remove loose objects from the driver's cab.

Make sure that no ventilation grids are covered in
the driver's cab (e.g. by clothes or bags).

Check that all operating elements are dry and
clean, are accessible and have sufficient
clearance.

The pedals must also be clean and dry. Remove
dirt and moisture from the foot area in order that
you do not slip off the pedals.

Adjust the operator's seat and the rear vision
mirror to your requirements.

Before starting the engine, make sure that all preparatory work inside, outside
and above all underneath your truck crane has been completed.
