If machine makes noise during the operation, check the rails and sliders and lubricate
them.
If the axis is stuck, makes loud noise and triggers an error on the screen check:
- The bearing in the gears that move X-axis belt:
- The motor:
Turn off the machine and try to rotate the axis to check if it is stuck.
-X-axis movement.
Switch off the machine, push and pull the axis to see if it moved smoothly.
If the problem remains contact your local engineer.
Check if the bearing can move by rotating it.
If the bearing is stuck and doesn't move it has to be replaced
