SmartDGA Hardware Manual

Maintenance

•

Unscrew the oxygen sensor from the gas manifold.

Oxygen Sensor Removal

Remove the replacement oxygen sensor from its packaging and attach the included O-ring.

O-Ring

Screw the replacement oxygen sensor into the gas manifold, hand tight.

Insert the oxygen sensor plug into the PCB socket labeled J24.

Reattach the top dome.

Load calibration file using DGA Viewer (See O

Sensor Field Replacement instructions).

Note:

Sensors must be disposed of in compliance with local regulations.
