CPU special module function block is used to initialize the special module equipped at the CPU
base and slave special module function block is used to initialize the special module equipped at
the slave. The newly added I/O is used for communication with slave. [Table 6.3.1(A)] describes the
newly added I/O and commonly used I/O.

Indicates the communication module among modules equipped at the
self PLC that communicate with the slave. Namely, it means the
slave’s master communication module.

Indicates the station no. of slave that equips the special module. 0 ~ 63
NDR
(Output)
Indicates the result of function block operation. It is turned on when
normal operation and keeps its value until next scan execution.

ERR
(Output)
Indicates the result of function block operation and if there is error, it
will be turned on.

BASE
(Input)
Indicates the base no. where slave special module is equipped.

SLOT
(Input)
Indicates the slot no. where slave special module is equipped. 0 ~ 7
