Chapter 7. Diagnosis Function

(2) TOKEN

: indicates that it has Token from LAS and is sending its data. In case there are many

stations in the network and data per station, it flickers slowly.

- On: indicates that it has Token

- Off: indicates that it doesn’t have Token.

(3) TX/RX

: indicates that it is sending/receiving the data.

- On: indicates that it is sending/receiving the data.

- Off: There is no Frame.

(4) FAULT

- Flicker: flickers in case of communication error/service error in the link module

- Off: normal operation

If it flickers intermittently, it has the problem. Check the communication module, communication

cable, terminal resistance, connection status, duplicated station no.

Is cable connected firmly?

Is shield-wire is connected properly?

Is cable and terminal resistance specification proper?

Is total length of cable less than 750m?

⑥

Is there any duplicated station no.?

(5) SYS FAULT

: indicates the error of communication module. It is off during normal operation.

It flickers every 1 second when communication can’t start because of error and

5 LEDs (LES 0(RUN)~LED4(FAULT)) indicates the type of error.
