Tx/Rx Device

: indicates the Tx/Rx area. In case of Remote Out, set the self Tx area in the Tx

Device and set the Rx area (P area) of remote station in the Rx Device. Since Remote
In means the Rx from the remote station, set the Tx area of remote station (P area) in
the Tx Device and set the Rx area of self station in the Rx Device

Size

: indicates the size of Tx/Rx data and unit is word (16 point). It is available to set up to 60

word but Rnet supports 2 word. Because current Smart I/O supports max. 2 word.

Period

: High-speed link executes the communication at the end of PLC program according to

parameter set by the user. So if scan time of PLC program is short less than ms,
communication module executes the communication according to program scan.
Because of this, communication increases and reduces the efficiency of the
communication system. To prevent this, the user can set the Tx/Rx period and the range
is 20ms (Rnet V1.0) ~ 10s. Tx/Rx period means the Tx period in case relevant block is
set as Tx and means the period that check the data reception in case relevant block is
set as RX.

(5) High-speed link run

If the high-speed link setting is completed and downloaded in to PLC, high-speed link starts. At
this time, relevant link should be ‘allowed status’.
