6.4.3 How to use the flag in the GMWIN

6.4.4 Special module access by using _NETx_LIV[n], _NETx_RST[n]
Here describes how to control the special module of remote I/O by using _NETx_LIV[n],
_NETx_RST[n] in the [Figure 6.4.1(A)] remote system.
Special module control of remote I/O has the following difference with that equipped at the CPU.
1)
Since initialization FB is executed by communication, initialization may not be done because of
communication error, it is necessary to execute the initializataion continuously until completion
of initialization.
2)
In case of power recovery from power cut, initialization is needed again. So program that
monitors the power is necessary against this.
3)
FB that reads/writes the data from/to special module is executed at the rising edge of Request
input. So rising edge input is necessary.
4)
Since commucation may have error due to power-cut of remote station or cable cut, if the user
uses the flag that monitors the other station’s operation, the program can be executed efficiently.
