Per il collaudo della centrale verificare le
seguenti modalità di funzionamento e le prove
successive:
a)
A UOMO PRESENTE : tutti i comandi
devono essere mantenuti, cioè azionati
fino al termine del movimento richiesto.
b) AUTOMATICA , che a sua volta ha 4
sottomodalità:
1. SEMIAUTOMATICA: non è attivata la
chiusura automatica e tutti i comandi
devono essere dati dall’utilizzatore
tramite radiocomando, selettori e
pulsantiere.
2. AUTOMATICO A 2 PASSI: è attivata
la chiusura automatica; tutti i comandi
dati dall’utente sono solo di
movimento e privi di arresto, cioè, se
durante la fase di apertura l’utente da
un comando, il cancello si ferma e
riparte per la chiusura.
3. AUTOMATICO A 4 PASSI: è attivata
la chiusura automatica; tutti i comandi
dati dall’utente sono passo/passo e
comprendono anche la funzione di
arresto, cioè, se durante la fase di
apertura l’utente da un comando, il
cancello si ferma e per farlo ripartire
deve dare un’ulteriore altro comando.
4. CONDOMINIALE: è attivata la
chiusura automatica ed è possibile
dare solo il comando d’apertura; tutte
le operazioni successive sono
completamente automatiche in base
ai parametri impostati.
c) Impegnare una alla volta le fotocellule o
gli altri dispositivi di sicurezza e verificare
che attivando un comando non inizi
nessuna manovra.
d) Comandare una manovra d’ apertura e
verificare che:

Impegnando FOTO il cancello
continui il movimento d’apertura;
ššššš
Impegnando FOTO 1 (se installata) il
cancello continui il movimento
d’apertura oppure il movimento si
arresti fino a quando la fotocellula è
disimpegnata, quindi il movimento
d’apertura riprenda.(vedere cap.
SELETTORE FOTO1);
ššššš
Impegnando FOTO 2 (se installata) il
movimento si arresti dopo una breve
inversione.
e) Comandare una manovra di chiusura e
verificare che:
ššššš
Impegnando FOTO il cancello si
arresti e riprenda il movimento in
apertura;
ššššš
Impegnando FOTO 1 (se installata)
si abbia l’inversione del moto fino
all’apertura oppure il movimento si
arresti fino a quando la fotocellula è
disimpegnata, quindi il movimento
riprenda ma in apertura (vedere cap.
SELETTORE FOTO1);
ššššš
Impegnando FOTO 2 (se installata) il
movimento di chiusura continui.
f) Verificare che i dispositivi d’arresto
collegati all’ingresso del morsetto di
STOP (morsetto 7) provochino l’arresto
immediato di qualsiasi movimento in
corso.
g) Verificare che quando le ante arrivano ai
finecorsa i loro motori si arrestino.
Beim Probelauf der Steuerung sind folgende
Funktionsarten zu überprüfen und folgende
Tests durchzuführen:
a) TOTMANN-FUNKTION : Alle Steuerbefehle
sind bis zur Beendigung der gewünschten
Bewegung dauernd zu betätigen.
b) AUTOMATIK-BETRIEB , der in 4
Unterfunktionen eingeteilt werden kann.
1. IMPULSBETRIEB: Die automatische
Schließung ist nicht aktiviert und alle
Steuerbefehle sind vom Benutzer
mittels Fernbedienung,
Schlüsselschalter und Codeschloss zu
erteilen.
2. 2-SCHRITT-AUTOMATIK: Die
automatische Schließung ist aktiviert.
Alle vom Benutzer erteilten
Steuerbefehle bewirken keinen
Stillstand, sondern steuern nur
Bewegungsabläufe. D. h. wenn der
Benutzer während der Toröffnung einen
Befehl gibt, bleibt das Tor stehen und
geht zum Schließvorgang über.
3. 4-SCHRITT-AUTOMATIK: Die
automatische Schließung ist aktiviert.
Bei allen vom Benutzer erteilten
Steuerbefehlen handelt es sich um
Schrittbefehle und auch um
Stillstandsfunktionen. D. h. wenn der
Benutzer während der Toröffnung einen
Befehl gibt, hält das Tor an und der
Benutzer muss einen erneuten
Steuerbefehl geben, um den Torlauf zu
bewirken.
4. WOHNANLAGEBETRIEB: Die
automatische Schließung ist aktiviert.
Es kann nur der Steuerbefehl
<ÖFFNUNG> gegeben werden. Alle
nachfolgenden Öffnungsvorgänge sind
vollkommen automatisch und richten
sich nach den eingestellten
Parametern.
c) Versperren Sie die Lichtschranken oder
andere Sicherheitsvorrichtungen einzeln
und überprüfen Sie, dass sich beim Erteilen
von Steuerbefehlen das Tor nicht in Betrieb
setzt.
d) Geben Sie den Öffnungsbefehl und
überprüfen Sie, ob:

sich das Tor bei Versperren der
LICHTSCHRANKE weiterhin öffnet;
ššššš
sich das Tor bei Versperren der
LICHTSCHRANKE 1 (wenn diese
installiert ist) weiterhin öffnet oder
stehenbleibt bis die Lichtschranke
wieder freigegeben ist und sich dann
weiter öffnet (siehe Kap. SCHALTER
LICHTSCHRANKE 1);
ššššš
das Tor bei Versperren der
LICHTSCHRANKE 2 (wenn diese
installiert ist) nach einer kurzen
Laufumkehrung stehenbleibt.
e) Geben Sie den Schließbefehl und
überprüfen Sie, ob:
ššššš
das Tor bei Versperren der
LICHTSCHRANKE stehenbleibt und
sich dann öffnet;
ššššš
das Tor bei Versperren der
LICHTSCHRANKE 1 (wenn diese
installiert ist) umkehrt und sich öffnet
oder stehenbleibt bis die Lichtschranke
wieder freigegeben ist und sich dann
öffnet (siehe Kap. SCHALTER
LICHTSCHRANKE 1);
ššššš
sich das Tor bei Versperren der
LICHTSCHRANKE 2 (wenn diese
installiert ist) weiter schließt.
f) Überprüfen Sie, ob die Haltevorrichtungen,
die an den Eingang der Klemme STOP
(Klemme 7) angeschlossen sind, den
sofortigen Stillstand jeder laufenden
Torbewegung bewirken.
g) Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Torantriebe
anhalten, wenn die Torflügel die Endschalter
erreichen.
When testing the control unit check the

c) Engage the photocells or other safety

other manoeuvre commences when a
command is enabled.
d) Command an opening manoeuvre and
ensure that:

movement or the movement stops
until the photocell is disengaged,
when the opening movement
recommences (see PHOTO 1
SELECTOR Chap.);

the movement stops after a brief
inversion.
e) Command a closure manoeuvre and
ensure that:

By engaging PHOTO the gate stops
and starts to open again;
ššššš
By engaging PHOTO 1 (if installed)
there is an inversion of movement
until opening or movement ceases
until the photocell is disengaged and
the starts again but towards opening
(see PHOTO1 SELECTOR Chap.);

By engaging PHOTO 2 (if installed)
the closure movement continues.
f) Ensure that the stop devices connected
to the STOP terminal input (terminal 7)
cause the immediate stoppage of any
movement in progress.
g) Ensure that when the leaves reach the
limit switches their motors stop.
