6.4.3 CANCELLAZIONE TOTALE

RICEVITORE RADIO
a) Premere il tasto T (fig. 17) per un tempo
prolungato.
b) Si accendono i due led A e B .
c) Rilasciare il tasto ed entro due secondi
premerlo e rilasciarlo nuovamente: i due
led lampeggeranno per qualche
secondo ad indicare che si sta
azzerando la memoria.
d) A questo punto tutte le impostazioni dei
radiocomandi precedentemente
apprese risultano cancellate, e il
ricevitore è disponibile ad un nuovo
apprendimento.
6.4.4 VERIFICA DELLE
IMPOSTAZIONI
La verifica dei radiocomandi è molto semplice:
premere sul tasto appreso, verificare che il
led rosso corrispondente al comando
lampeggi e che l’automazione esegua l’azione
voluta (questa verifica non va fatta alla prima
attivazione della centrale).
7 COLLAUDO E MESSA
IN SERVIZIO

Il collaudo e la messa in servizio
dell’automazione deve essere eseguita
da una PERSONA COMPETENTE
diretta e controllata da un
INSTALLATORE PROFESSIONALE. E’
a carico della persona che collauda e
mette in servizio l’automazione (della
quale la centrale fa parte) stabilire le
prove previste in base ai rischi
esistenti e verificare la conformità alle
leggi, norme e regolamenti; in
particolare alla norma EN 12445 che
prevede i metodi di prova per la verifica
delle automazioni per cancelli e la EN
12453 che specifica i requisiti
prestazionali relativi alla sicurezza
d’uso.

Le fasi di collaudo e messa in servizio
sono le fasi più importanti
dell’installazione dell’automazione per
avere la garanzia della massima
sicurezza di funzionamento.

Le verifiche e le procedure che si
utilizzano nel collaudo sono utilizzabili
anche come periodica verifica
dell’automazione e dei suoi dispositivi.

L’automazione può essere messa in
servizio soltanto se è stata impostata una
tolleranza di forza non pericolosa. La
tolleranza di forza deve essere regolata
ad un valore minimo tale da escludere il
pericolo di ferimento in fase di chiusura.

Regolare le forze massime come previsto
dalla norma EN 12445.

Non toccare mai il cancello e le sue parti
mobili quando si trova in movimento.
6.4.3 TOTAL ERASURE OF THE
RADIO RECEIVER
MEMORY
a) Press and hold down the key T (fig. 17).
b) Leds A and B will light.
c) Release the key and within two seconds
press and release it again: the two leds
will flash for a few seconds to indicate
that the memory is being reset.
d) Now all previous radio control settings
are erased, the receiver is ready to be
enabled again.
6.4.4 SETTING CHECKS
Checking the radio control settings is simple:
press the enabled key, check that the red led
corresponding to the command flashes and
that the automation performs the desired
action (this check should not be performed
the first time the control unit is enabled).
7 TESTING AND TRIAL
RUN

The testing and trial run must be
performed by a COMPETENT PERSON
supervised and aided by a
PROFESSIONAL FITTER. It is the
responsibility of the person who tests
and sets up the automation (of which
the control unit is a part) to perform
the checks required in accordance
with the risks existing and to check
conformity with the relevant legislation
and standards, in particular with EN
standard 12445, which governs the
methods for performing trials on gate
automations and EN standard 12453
that specifies the performance
requisites concerning safety of use.

The testing and trial run are the most
essential phases of installation for
guaranteeing maximum operating safety.
ššššš
The checks and procedures for testing
may also be used for routine checks on
the automation and its devices.

The automation may only be tested if a
non-hazardous force tolerance has been
set (see the MEASURING AND
ADJUSTING THE FORCE chapter).
Force tolerance must be adjusted to a
minimum value so as to exclude the
danger of injury during closure.

Adjust the maximum force in line with EN
standard 12445.
ššššš
Never touch the gate or moving parts
when they are in motion.
6.4.3 GESAMTLÖSCHUNG DES
FUNKEMPFÄNGERSPEICHERS
a) Drücken Sie länger die Taste T (Abb.
17).
b) Die zwei LED-Anzeigen A und B
leuchten auf.
c) Lassen Sie die Taste los und drücken
Sie sie erneut und lassen Sie sie
innerhalb von zwei Sekunden wieder
los: Die zwei LED-Anzeigen blinken
einige Sekunden lang und signalisieren
die Löschung des Speichers.
d) In diesem Moment werden alle zuvor
gespeicherten Fernbedienungen
gelöscht und können erneut eingelernt
werden.
6.4.4 EINSTELLUNGS-
ÜBERPRÜFUNG
Die Überprüfung der Fernbedienungen ist
sehr einfach: Drücken Sie die eingelernte
Taste, überprüfen Sie, ob die dem Befehl
entsprechende, rote LED-Anzeige leuchtet
und der Antrieb die gewünschte Funktion
ausführt. (Diese Überprüfung darf nicht bei
der Erstinbetriebnahme der Steuerung
durchgeführt werden.)
7 PROBELAUF UND
INBETRIEBSETZUNG
ššššš
Der Probelauf und die Inbetriebsetzung
des Antriebs muss von einer
SACHKUNDIGEN PERSON ausgeführt
werden, die von einem
FACHINSTALLATEUR angewiesen und
kontrolliert wird. Die Person, die den
Probelauf und die Inbetriebsetzung des
Antriebs (der die Steuerung angehört)
ausführt, hat die für die bestehenden
Gefahren vorgesehenen Tests zu
bestimmen und die Übereinstimmung
mit Gesetzen, Richtlinien und
Verordnungen zu überprüfen.
Besonders ist dabei auf die Richtlinie EN
12445 zu achten, die das Testverfahren
zur Überprüfung von Torantrieben
vorsieht, und auf die Richtlinie EN 12453,
die die vorgesehenen Voraussetzungen
hinsichtlich der Verwendungssicherheit
festlegt.

Die Probelauf- und
Inbetriebsetzungsphasen sind die
wichtigsten Stadien bei der Installation des
Antriebs, um die höchste Betriebssicherheit
zu erhalten.

Die Kontrollen und Verfahren, die beim
Probelauf durchgeführt werden, können
auch als regelmäßige Überprüfung des
Antriebs und seiner Vorrichtungen
angewandt werden.

Der Antrieb darf erst in Betrieb gesetzt
werden, wenn ein nicht gefährlicher
Grenzbereich für die Krafteinstellung
eingegeben wurde. Der Grenzbereich der
Krafteinstellung muss auf einen
Mindestwert eingestellt werden, um jede
Verletzungsgefahr bei der Torschließung
auszuschließen (siehe Kap. MESSEN UND
EISNTELLEN DER KRAFT).

Die höchste Krafteinstellung hat sich nach
der Richtlinie EN 12445 zu richten.

Berühren Sie niemals das Tor oder seine
beweglichen Antriebsteile während des
Torlaufs.
