6.3.1 APPRENDIMENTO
DIREZIONE MOTO
La centrale è in grado di gestire sia una
installazione con fine corsa elettromagnetici
o elettromeccanici (configurazione A tab. 8),
sia una installazione in cui non sono presenti
tali dispositivi (configurazione B tab. 8).
Nella configurazione B essa sfrutta il sistema
di rilevamento ostacoli nelle fasi
d’apprendimento direzione moto e corsa: per
esempio rileva la posizione di finecorsa in
corrispondenza dell’ostacolo imposto
(finecorsa meccanico) dall’installatore
mediante arresti meccanici in apertura e in
chiusura.
Si utilizzerà in seguito il termine generico
finecorsa comprendendo entrambi i casi.
a) Controllare che l’anta 1 sia
sufficientemente aperta in modo tale da
non ostacolare il movimento di chiusura
dell’anta 2. Eventualmente sbloccare
l’anta 1 e portarla in apertura.
b) Dare il comando di chiusura (tasto
“CHIUDI” o “PASSO”; in questa fase il
comando “PASSO” corrisponde a
“CHIUDI”), l’anta 2 inizierà a muoversi
mentre l’anta 1 rimarrà ferma; se la
direzione dell’anta è di chiusura,
mantenere il comando attivo (comando
persistente).
c) Qualora la direzione assunta porti l’anta
2 in apertura agire nel seguente modo:

rilasciare il comando,
ššššš
togliere l’alimentazione alla centrale,
ššššš
invertire il collegamento dei fili di
alimentazione del motore 2 ai
morsetti 38-39,
ššššš
ridare tensione,
ššššš
dare il comando di chiusura
mantenendolo attivo: l’anta si deve
chiudere.
d) quando l’anta 2 raggiunge il fine corsa
di chiusura (anta completamente
chiusa) il led rosso di destra <
OFF > (9
fig. 15) si pone su luce fissa.
e) Anta 1:
ššššš
Se l’anta 1 non è sbloccata
mantenere ancora attivo il comando
di chiusura: l’anta 1 inizierà a
muoversi.
ššššš
Se l’anta 1 é sbloccata, rilasciare il
comando, effettuare il blocco
dell’anta e ridare il comando di
chiusura: l’anta 1 inizierà a
muoversi.
f) Se la direzione dell’anta 1 è di chiusura,
mantenere attivo il comando, altrimenti
procedere come al punto c) invertendo
il collegamento dei fili di alimentazione
del motore 1 ai morsetti 40-41.
g) Quando l’anta 1 raggiunge il fine corsa
di chiusura rilasciare il comando (anta
completamente chiusa); il led rosso di
sinistra <
OFF > (8 fig. 15) segnala il
raggiungimento del fine corsa di
chiusura per l’anta 1 ponendosi su luce
fissa.
6.3.1 DIRECTION OF
MOVEMENT
IDENTIFICATION
The control unit is able to manage both
installations with electromagnetic or
electromechanical limit switches
(configuration A in Tab. 8), and installations
on which such devices are not present
(configuration B tab. 8).
In configuration B it uses the obstacle
detection system during the direction of
movement and travel identification phases:
for example, it detects the limit switch position
for the obstacle set (mechanical limit switch)
by the Fitter using mechanical stop plates
during opening and closure.
In the following the generic term limit switch
is used to identify both cases.
a) Check that leaf 1 is sufficiently open so
as not to hinder the closure movement
of leaf 2. If necessary release leaf 1 and
open it.
b) Give the closure command (“CLOSE”
or “STEP” Key; in this phase the “STEP”
command corresponds to “CLOSE”),
leaf 2 will start to move whereas leaf 1
will remain immobile; if the direction of
the leaf is in closure, keep the command
pressed (persistent control).
c) Should the direction assumed take leaf
2 to an open position proceed as follows:

release the command,

switch off the power supply to the
control unit,
ššššš
invert the connection of motor 2 power
supply wires to terminals 38-39,
ššššš
switch the power supply back on,
ššššš
give the closure command, keeping
it active: the leaf must close.
d) When leaf 2 reaches the closure limit
switch (leaf completely closed) the right
red led <
OFF > (9 fig. 15) will have a fixed
light.
e) Leaf 1:
ššššš
If leaf 1 is not released keep the
closure command active: leaf 1 will
start to move.
ššššš
If leaf 1 releases, release the
command, block the leaf and give
the closure command again: leaf 1
will start to move.
f) If the direction of leaf 1 is closure, keep
the command enabled, otherwise
proceed as described in point c)
inverting the connection of the motor 1
power supply wires to terminals 40-41.
g) When leaf 1 reaches the closure limit
switch release the command (leaf
completely closed); the left red <
OFF >
led (8 fig. 15) signals the reaching of
the closure limit switch for leaf 1 with a
fixed light.
6.3.1 SELBSTLERNEN DER
LAUFRICHTUNG
Mit der Steuerung kann sowohl eine Installation
mit berührungslosen oder elektromechanischen
Endschaltern (Konfiguration A Tab. 8) bedient
werden als auch eine Installation, in der diese
Vorrichtungen nicht vorhanden sind (Konfiguration
B Tab. 8).
In der Konfiguration B nutzt die Steuerung das
Hinderniserkennungssystem in das Einlernen der
Laufrichtung und des Torlaufs: z. B. wird die
Position des Endschalters in Übereinstimmung mit
dem vom Installateur mittels Öffnungs- und
Schließendanschläge gestalteten Hindernis
(mechanischer Endschalter) erkannt.
Im folgenden wird der allgemeine Begriff
Endanschlag verwendet, um beide Fälle zu
bezeichnen.
a) Überprüfen Sie, ob der Torflügel 1 weit
genug geöfnet ist, sodaß die
Schließbewegung des Torflügels 2 nicht
behindert wird. Entriegeln Sie
gegebenenfalls den Torflügel 1 und
schieben Sie ihn in die geöffnete Position.
b) Geben sie den Schließbefehl (Taste
“SCHLIESSUNG” ODER
“IMPULSBETRIEB”, in diesem Fall
entspricht der Steuerbefehl
“IMPULSBETRIEB” dem Steuerbefehl
“SCHLIESSUNG”). Torflügel 2 beginnt sich
zu bewegen während Torflügel 1 weiterhin
stillsteht. Wenn sich das Tor schließt, geben
Sie weiterhin den Steuerbefehl
(Dauerbefehl).
c) Wenn sich Torflügel 2 öffnet, gehen Sie wie
folgt vor:

Heben Sie den Steuerbefehl auf.
ššššš
Unterbrechen Sie die Stromversorgung
der Steuerung.
ššššš
Tauschen Sie die Verbindungen der
Stromversorgungsdrähte des Antriebs
an den Klemmen 38-39.
ššššš
· Schließen Sie die Stromversorgung
wieder an.
ššššš
Geben Sie den Schließbefehl und
halten Sie diesen ständig gedrückt: der
Torflügel muss sich schließen.
d) Wenn Torflügel 2 den Schließendschalter
erreicht (Torflügel vollkommen geschlossen)
leuchtet die rote LED-Anzeige auf der
rechten Seite <
OFF > (9 Abb. 15) ständig
auf.
e) Torflügel 1:
ššššš
Wenn Torflügel 1 noch nicht entriegelt
ist, geben Sie weiterhin den
Schließbefehl: Torflügel 1 beginnt sich
zu bewegen.
ššššš
Wenn Torflügel 1 entriegelt ist, heben
Sie den Steuerbefehl auf, führen Sie die
Verriegelung des Torflügels durch und
geben Sie erneut den Schließbefehl:
Torflügel 1 beginnt sich zu bewegen.
f) Wenn sich Torflügel 1 schließt, geben Sie
weiterhin den Steuerbefehl. Andernfalls
gehen Sie wie in Punkt c) vor und tauschen
Sie die Verbindung der
Stromversorgungsdrähte des Antriebs 1 an
den Klemmen 40-41.
g) Wenn Torflügel 1 den Schließendschalter
erreicht, heben Sie den Steuerbefehl auf
(Torflügel vollkommen geschlossen). Die
rote LED-Anzeige auf der linken Seite

OFF > (8 Abb. 15) signalisiert mit einem
Dauerlicht, dass Torflügel 1 den
Schließendschalter erreicht hat.
