New Message Alert
There are several ways your phone alerts you of new messages.
1. By displaying Alert message on the screen.
2. By sounding a ring or vibrating, depending on the settings.
3. By a flashing green LED.
4. For text messages, the icon is indicated in the Status Bar and for
voicemail, the icon is indicated in the Status Bar.
Viewing an Incoming Text Message
1. Tap the icon from the main menu in PDA Mode.
2. Select the pop up menu on the top right part of the Message list screen,
The category of Message is indicated.
3. Select Inbox, the incoming text message list displays.
4. Select the message you want to check, the Message View screen appears.
Arriving times, sender
’
s name, and message are available to view on this screen.
Reply to Message
To reply to the sender
’
s phone number or E-mail Address.
1. Tap Menu from the Message View screen of the Inbox message.
2. Tap Reply .
The Reply menu is displayed only when the sender
’
s name is available.
3. The number of the incoming message displays.
4. Tap Cancel from the menu, it goes back to the Message View screen.
5. Input a message and tap Send to send the message.
