Checking Today

s Schedule
Using the scroll button, you can move to another day, week, or month in Day View,
Week View, and Month View. If you want to check today
’
s schedule, do this:
1. Tap Menu in schedule.
2. Tap Today , the screen is changed to today
’
s Day View, Week View, or Month
View containing today.
Erasing an Appointment
Erasing the selected appointment
1. Tap the box to the left of the appointment you want to erase.
2. Tap Menu .
3. Tap Erase , the Erase Schedule screen appears.
4. Tap OK .
5. If you would like to erase a schedule which is set by the repetition option,
there will be a message whether you want to get rid of the schedule for that
day or all days.

Current
Only the current day’s schedule will be removed.
All other days will be unaffected.

All Every repetition of the event will be cancelled, including
today’s.
▶
Cancel The selected schedule will remain unchanged.
Erasing an old appointment
1. Tap Menu in the Schedule main list screen.
2. Tap Purge and the Purge screen appears.
3. Select the period by tapping the pop up menu on the screen.
4. For the purge, you may select one from the options (1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks,
1 month).
5. Tap OK .
