Viewing Speed Dial
Your phone can hold up to 99 Speed Dial Entries. Only people whose numbers
are saved in Contacts can be assigned to Speed Dial.
To view the Speed Dial list, tap
Speed Dial from the pop up menu on the upper-
right of Contacts.
Assigning Speed Dial
1. Tap the pop up menu in Contacts.
2. Tap
Speed Dial # on the menu.
3. Tap an Empty item from the list, the Speed Dial Edit screen appears.
4. Select Speed Dial # pop up menu next to the label, the Speed Dial index list
is displayed.
5. Select the Speed Dial index you want to assign.
6. Select the empty line next to the
Name label, the Look up Contacts keyboard
appears.
7. Enter the name of the Contact you want to assign to Speed Dial.
8. Select the name, the
Speed Dial screen appears. Name, Number, and Phone
Type are displayed according to the Contact item you selected.
Making a Call from Speed Dial
1. Tap the pop up menu in Contacts.
2. Highlight
Speed Dial .
3. Search for the Speed Dial Entry you want to call by scrolling through the list.
4. Tap the
to the right of the Speed Dial Entry you want to call, to dial the
number.
Erasing Speed Dial
1. Select the Entry to erase from the Speed Dial list in Contacts. The Speed Dial
Edit screen appears.
2. Tap Erase , the Erase item? message appears.
3. Tap OK , the Speed Dial list is displayed and the selected item disappears.
