Chapter 15. Calculator

The calculator in your phone allows you to perform addition, subtraction,

multiplication, division, exponentials, percentages and square root functions.

You can perform calculations with up to 12 digits maximum.

The Calculator consists of the Display Window showing a numerical formula,

the result values, and the buttons to be used for calculation.

In the display window, the entered numbers or values, calculating method and

the memorized values are displayed. If there are any memorized values other

than 0, in the memory section, the value is displayed.

If there is an error in the formula or within the range of calculation, an error sign

will appear on the screen.

The functions of each button are as follows.

Used to input a numeric value.

▶

Used to indicate mathematical operations.

▶

The decimal point.

▶

The displayed value is subtracted from the value in

memory.

▶

The displayed value is added to the value in memory.

▶

The value stored in memory is displayed.

▶

Clears the value in memory.
