8. Operation

8.11.7 Talkback

Fader Strips (Talk to Source)

Central Module (Talkback Functions)

You can talk to any of the following sources by pressing the

key on the corresponding fader strip:

Guest mics: MIC 2 to 10

Hybrids: LINE IN 1 to 4

RAVENNA CODECS: RAV 1 to 8

In addition, you can talk to the Guest or Studio Monitoring outputs by pressing the

keys at the top of the

Central Module.

The

keys are momentary, so hold the key down for as long as you wish to speak.

TALK to ALL

(on the

Central Module) talks to the Guest and Studio monitoring outputs, and all available N-1s.

The talkback source is always

MIC 1

. The talkback level can be adjusted from the

control at the top of the

Central Module.

When talkback is added to the return, the main signal is dimmed by 20dB.
