7. Operation

Now open the "Edit Snap Group" window - this will show all of the current snapshots stored in the

User

Snapshots

folder. Following a first-time install, this should be empty (apart from any default snapshots loaded by

the configuration). If the system is already in use and snapshots have been saved, then the saved snapshots will
appear in the "Snaps" list.

Edit Snap Group (fresh install)

Edit Snap Group (after snapshot saves)

If any of the users, user groups or snapshot groups, then you will need to start by adding them and making the
correct links. In each case, use the

New

button to add a new user, user group or snapshot group. Then select it

and choose

Properties

to configure the linking options.

Now check that the user access to the snapshot group is defined correctly, by re-selecting

Edit Group

Select the group

Users

, and click on

Properties

Edit Snap Group - Properties for "Users"

The Snap Group named "User Snapshots" should be assigned to the group, and only the

Load SrcSnap

and

Load

boxes should be ticked. Leave all other options unticked, so that any standard users will have load access

only.
