COMMUNICATION INTERFACE
-
Load onto the weighing system a sample weight, which must be
at least 50%
of the maximum
quantity to be weighed.
-
Write the sample weight value in W1.
-
Write 1 in W2.
-
Send command 6006 to CMDR.
To perform a new real calibration, repeat the procedure.
LINEARISATION OPTION ON MAX 5 POINTS:
It is possible to perform a linearisation of the weight up to a maximum of five points, using five
different sample weights.
The calibration points must be consecutive and the weights must be in ascending order. If
one or both conditions are not met, the calibration point is not inserted and the instrument
responds with the error code "command not executed".
CALIBRATION POINTS MANAGEMENT
WRITING
READING
Write the weight value in W1.
Write the calibration point index (from 1
to 5) in W2.
Send command 6006 to CMDR.
Write the calibration point index (from 1
to 5) in W2
Send command 6005 to CMDR.
Read the weight value in R1.
Read the calibration point validity
(1=valid; 0=not valid) in R2.
Example: calibrate a system on 3 points using 3 sample weights.

-
CALIBRATION A
: correct, the calibration points and sample weights are in ascending order; the
procedure ends successfully.
-
CALIBRATION B
: incorrect, the calibration points are not consecutive; to continue, set the
calibration point 2 before 3.
-
CALIBRATION C
: incorrect, the sample weights are not in ascending order; to continue, use a
weight greater than 800 kg for calibration point 3.
Before performing a multi-point calibration again, reset the value of all calibration
points by sending command 6002 to CMDR.
