DIGITAL OUTPUTS COMMAND (CMDOUT)
This register is used for the BASE program only; it allows to control the outputs set to
 mode
(see section OUTPUTS AND INPUTS CONFIGURATION (BASE program) ).

Setting bit 15 to 1 on the PLC, the master takes control of all the outputs, whatever their
