3. Engine > Cylinder Head Cover

XCITING 400i

Free the fuel hose stay from the cylinder head cover.

Loosen the four cylinder head cover bolts with a 10 mm socket.
Remove the cylinder head cover bolts with washers and grommets.

Note the gold colored and longer bolts are on the right side.

Remove the cylinder head cover and gasket.
Discard the gasket and replace it with a new item on installation.
