6 | Function description
Working with the HR 600/2 unit
– [Tracking is active (input is optional)]: The [Tracking code] window will open. It
is necessary to enter a tracking code. The [Tracking code] window remains
opened.
– [Tracking is active (system forces input)]: The [Tracking code] window will
open. It is necessary to enter a tracking code in order to start the process.
Note: During archiving, the tracking code is written into the profile and may be
looked up via the [Archive] function selection.
– [Activate auto-archiving]: If [Activate user administration] has not been selec-
ted, the [Activate auto-archiving] function is visible and can be selected.
Note: When [Activate user administration] is selected, the settings of the [User ad-
ministration] button are valid. For the user, in the [User administration], the [Activ-
ate auto archive for user] function can be selected or deselected.
