The user interface
– Too bright workplace lighting will adversely affect the camera proper oper-
ation.
– The glass plate is very dirty.
– The positions of the cameras are not set up correctly. With regard to this,
please read document [HR600 Setup instructions.pdf] on the data carrier
[USB flash drive Rework] [3BA00149].
– [Light]: Performs lighting calibration. For correction in the case of changed am-
bient lighting or after relocating the Rework System.
– [Top camera]: Performs the calibration of the upper camera. Do not use! For
service staff only. Necessary for exact positioning.
– [Component]: Performs the calibration of the lower camera. Do not use! For
service staff only. Necessary for exact positioning.
– [Pixel to step]: Recalculates the [Pixel to step] factor. Do not use! For service
staff only.
Menu area [Crosshair]:
Use the crosshair tool to manually position a component. Stop the movement as
soon as the crosshair has reached the centre of the component.
– [Switch ON/OFF]: Switches on the crosshair. It is then displayed in window
[Current image].
– [Mode]: Displays the crosshair normally (+) or diagonally (x).
Menu area [Organize positions]:
In the drop-down menu, use the [Change nozzle] bottom function to replace the
pick-and-place nozzle.
– [Move to position]: The selected position for replacing the pick-and-place
nozzle has been approached.
– [Save position]: The position approached for the pick-and-place nozzle replace-
ment has been saved. This button is not visible to standard users.
After a heating head change, the Rework System must memorise the pipette posi-
tion again.
– [Heating head to laser]: Use in the process Re-memorising the pipette position
[ } 164].
