4.7 Connecting the Rework System
ü To connect the machine:
a) Remove all the accessories from the packaging, unwrap them and lay them
out.

6 Compressed air hose
b) Connect the compressed air hose (6) to the Maintenance unit (5), by inserting
the compressed air hose all the way into the connector.
c) Connect the air hose to the on-site compressed air supply. With regard to this,
please read the section Pneumatics [ } 19].
d) Connect the USB cable to the USB port (9). It is not yet time to make a connec-
tion to the PC!
e) Make sure that the main switch on the front of the machine is switched to pos-
ition [OFF].
f) Compare the local power supply and the mains frequency with the specifica-
tions on the nameplate (10) of the machine.
g) Plug the power cord into the outlet.
