6 | Function description
The user interface
[Search options] frame:
By clicking on the [Precise search], [LIKE search], [Combine AND] and [Combine OR]
button, you can refine the search for profiles. If the square inside the button is
shown in orange, the corresponding option is active. The system is not case-sensit-
ive. You can search for term parts.
– [Precise search]: Searches for the exact term.
– [LIKE search]: Searches also for similar terms.
– [Combine AND]: Displays only the data records containing all search terms.
– [Combine OR]: Displays all the data records containing at least one search
term.
Buttons:
– [Search]: Starts searching.
– [All of today]: Starts searching. All the processes recorded today will be dis-
played. Search filters are active.
– [Track user]: Starts searching. All the [User] recorded processes selected above
are displayed in a separate table. The table contains the following columns
[Year], [Month], [Day], and [Number]. If you select a line, it highlights with col-
our. The accompanying notes are displayed in the table below as a search res-
ult. Search filters are active.
[Archive] tab:
This tab will display the profiles found. The window also contains the buttons to
display the process record and profile parameters.
At the bottom of the window, the search result is displayed in table form.

To show a process recording:
a) First carry out a search.
b) Select a profile in the search result table.
c) Click on the [Show profile] button.
ð The process recording is displayed in a new window.
Note: You can customize the display in this window. With respect to this, please
read the chapter The parameter window [Data table] [
} 81].
ü To show the profile parameters associated with a process record:
a) First carry out a search.
b) Select a profile in the search result table.
c) Click on the [Show profile parameters] button.
ð The [Profile parameters] window is opened. There you can see all the paramet-
ers.
