6 | Function description
Working with the HR 600/2 unit
To paste a Search term:
a) Enter any text into the [Image comment] frame.
b) Click on the [Profile parameters] button in the [Overwrite] frame.
ð The comment will be shown in the window in the [Image and document] tab as
soon as you select the profile.
To add a document:
a) Click on the [Profile documents] button in the [Add/change document] frame.
b) A window is opened.
c) Select a document from your file system. The supported formats are [.JPG],
[.PDF], [.XLS/XLSX], [.DOC/DOCX] or [.PPT/PPTX
d) Click on the [Profile parameters] button in the [Overwrite] frame.

The document is now stored in the profile.
To display a pasted document:
a) Click on the [Show actual document] button.
ð The currently stored document is opened. To do this, the software required for
display must be installed on your computer.
