TRANSMISSION

[9] DISASSEMBLING CLUTCH HOUSING CASE

(1) Removing 1st Shaft, 2nd Shaft and 3rd Shaft

PTO Propeller Shaft and 30T Gear (27T Gear)

1. Tap out the PTO propeller shaft (2) rearward.
2. Remove the external circlip (4).
3. Remove the 30T gear (1) or 27T gear (6) and collar (3).

(When reassembling)

• Adjust the side clearance of 3rd-4th gears on the 1st shaft by

adjusting collar (7).

(Reference)

• Thickness of adjusting collar (7) :
