M8540, M9540, WSM

ENGINE

Wire Harness, Heater Hoses and Tool Box

1. Remove the fuse box (1) and (5) from stay.
2. Remove the relay (3) and (4) from stay.
3. Disconnect the compressor switch

1P

connector (2).

4. Remove the

3P

connector from stop solenoid (6) and remove the

connector from engine speed sensor (8).

5. Remove the clamps (10) and disconnect the heater hoses (9)

and drain the coolant.

6. Disconnect the terminal from air heater (7).
7. Remove the intake hose (11) from turbocharger.
8. Disconnect the harness from water temperature sensor (12),

alternator (13), starter (14) and engine oil pressure switch (15).

(When reassembling)

• Assemble the heater hoses as align the both white mark.

Hydraulic Pipe and U-joint

1. Disconnect the delivery pipe retaining nut (3).
2. Remove the U-joint retaining screw (1) and slide out the U-joint

(2).

(When reassembling)
