M8540, M9540, WSM

CABIN

Preparation 4

1. Remove the hose clamps (3).
2. Disconnect the heater hoses (2).
3. Disconnect the accelerator wire (1).
4. Disconnect the master cylinder hose (7) and master cylinder

return hose (8).

5. Remove the bonnet support (4).
6. Remove the steering joint shaft mounting screw (5) then

disconnect the steering joint shaft (6) from steering joint.

(When reassembling)

• Be sure to fix the heater hose to the original position. Note the

inlet hose and outlet hoses.
