The user can go to the CLI Global Configuration Mode to set IGMP snooping querier vlan address, use
the

ip igmp snooping querier vlan <vlanid> address <ip-address>

global configuration command.

Use the

no ip igmp snooping querier vlan <vlanid> address

return to default value zero.
