Connecting an external resistance in the range of 0

duces a resistance that is proportional or inversely proportional to the change.
Proportional control
The external voltage of 0

resistances of the range, respectively.
Inverse proportional control

correspond to the maximum and minimum
resistances of the range, respectively.
