Execution errors
An error in the range [-299, -200] indicates that an error has been detected by the
instrument's execution control block. The occurrence of any error in this class shall
cause the execution error bit (bit 4) in the event status register to be set.

Query errors
An error in the range [-499, -400] indicates that the output queue control of the
instrument has detected a problem with the message exchange protocol described in
IEEE 488.2, chapter 6. The occurrence of any error in this class shall cause the
query error bit (bit 2) in the event status register to be set.

Recei v ed a command that cannot b e exec u ted in the c u rrent condition
of the KFM2151.
-222 Data o u t of range Parameter v al u e w as o u tside the legal range.
-223 Too m u ch data Too many parameters w ere recei v ed than the req u irements.
-224 Illegal parameter v al u e Recei v ed an in v alid parameter data.
-230 Data corr u pt or stale Recei v ed a data q u ery b efore the meas u rement w as completed.
-241 Hard w are missing Cannot b e exec u ted b eca u se the optional hard w are is not installed.
