RS232C cable
Use a D-sub 9-pin female-to-female AT type cross cable for the RS232C cable.
Fig.4-1shows the connector pin assignments.
Because the KFM2151 does not use hardware handshaking, DTR(4)/DSR(6) and
RTS(7)/CTS(8) connections are not required.
