This series of machines covered all around by metal sheet, so when the coolant be
operated, it scattered into the working area, but all the coolants will be concentrated in the
cooling tank. Coolant flow through the filter, then iron will be separated with the coolants;
the coolant in tank can be recycled repeatedly.
Coolant used in two modes, one for the manual, the other is for automatic.
In manual model, when needed, the operator can press the start button of coolant at any
time, the coolant will flow. If you change the coolant switch to “ON” position, when the
machine starts, coolants will be supplied automatically.
Replace coolant from the coolant tank and refill
First, remove the iron car from the machine (if the user has installed), take a bucket,
placed as close to the machine operator position. Use plastic hose connected to one
end of the cooling nozzle, the other end into the bucket. Start the manually supply of
supply of cooling fluid, coolant drained from the coolant tank.
As the outflow coolant from nozzle become very hour, that means most of the coolants
have been discharged. Take a shallow bucket on the right side of the machine,
use a wrench to loosen the sealing cover, to discharge all of the cooling fluid in the bottom
of tank. Remove the fixed filter plate in top of tank by wrench, Use bucket and ladle to
remove iron filings and mud in the bottom of tank. Take some water, and clean the tank
wall by a brush, after cleaning, discharge all water. Clean filter, and then install the filter
and cover up. To mix lubricant and water in accordance with the instructions provided
from oil suppliers. Check the level position of coolants should be in the front end of
machine.
