All members of the factory, such as managers, operators and related personnel,

should read this manual carefully before operating.
The work piece clamped and cut in high-speed, iron filings may be ejected. It may
result in injury.
The operator should comply with the operation manual and factory safety regulations,
to prevent any damage.
The long hair, wearing gloves or neck-tie is not allowed as operating the machine.
It’s prohibited to operate this machine after taking the drugs or alcohol.
Should not operate the machine with wet hands or contact with other power circuit
switch.
The machine surrounding and the ground should be maintained clean at any time.
It should not have any barriers or waste oil in the ground around the working area.

The fire extinguisher should be prepared at the appropriate location around and
machine, in case of emergency use.
All power lines and electrical circuits should comply with national safety requirements.
If transport the machine by vehicle, the routes and roads should be carefully survey
and plan.
Should not replace or alter any structural or electrical control circuit of this machine
without notice from manufacturer, such as chuck specifications, safety loop and chain
systems.
The machine covered by strength window with 650gw/cm² compressive glass

The suitable processing materials for this machine are cast iron, cast steel, carbon

machine.
The ignition point of coolant (cooling), hydraulic fluid and lubricating oil, must be
more than 168°C.
