Reason
Countermeasure
Voltage overload or insufficient.
Check the voltage is abnormal or not,
reset the voltage in range from 90 to 110%.
Ambient temperature is too high.
Maintain the oil temperature at 70°C, the ambient
temperature of rectifier at 50°C or less.
Should have appropriate connection.
Note: there are two solenoid valves set in the
same series or not.
Incorrect electrode.
Inappropriate circuit failure
or electrical series, leading to two
solenoid valves acted at the same
time.
Check the electrical circuit, if there are any
errors existed, improve it.
Solenoid valve is damaged.
Replace.
Reason
Countermeasure
O-ring wear or failure.
Fixed surface cannot be a
good match.
Oil block is damaged.
Component wear caused by
impurities.
Bad oil quality.
Life-time is over.
Replace.
Check the fixed gaps, the surface roughness should
be 6.3S or more, flatness should be 0.01mm or more.
Replace.
Use recommended oil only.
Replace.
Install filter to improve cleanliness level.
Reason
Countermeasure
Pressure and flow overload.
The thrust force of hydraulic oil
bigger than solenoid valve switch,
causing the vibration.
Solenoid valve (DC24V) makes
noise while working.
An electric shock due to leakage.
No good ventilation.
Control throttle to reduce the difference of
hydraulic pressure.
Minimize operating hydraulic pressure.
Remove any foreign material in the solenoid valve.
If the valve still fails, replace it.
Check the electrical circuit.
Completely make air free.
