Countermeasure

Hydraulic oil with air.
Because the oil leakage from the
manifold valve, resulting
in pressure changes.
Track Stuck or sliding parts
assembled improperly, resulting in
a straight line cannot be arranged.
Overload in very low speed.
Due to fuel tank too weak or stuck,
resulting in damage or
deformation.
Pump suction is not normal.

Abnormal internal leakage.

Abnormal external leakage.

Check the connecting status of pipes and the fuel level.

Using with function of pressure compensation, can
pass stable pressure and constant flow of lubrication.

Inspect and amend it as necessary.

Check lubricating, sliding parts and the loading.

Check and replace.

Increased oil temperature before using.
Check the hydraulic cylinder valve.
Repair the surface of damage and wear.
Replace oil seal.
Check the pump, valves and piping.
If any damage or wear, repair or replace them.

Check the support and piping systems.
In any case of loose, retightens.

Adjust the pressure setting carefully.

Remove the detector and re-installed in the location as
much as possible away from pump.
Exclude corner wrapping Diameter over differences.

Increased oil temperature before using or clean
suction filter.
Check the piping status and the level of oil tank.
Open the pump and check.
Replace damaged components.
Remove the foreign material or update the hydraulic oil.
