Maintenance cycle time
General Notes:
Machine should be avoided sunlight, away from heat, in order to maintain
accuracy.
Machine should be installed in a dry, clean environment with good ventilation,
away from the cooling towers, welding machines and cranes etc.
Avoid using of unsolicited or low-quality lubricants, only the planned lubricants,
or the same level of lubricants can be used.
When work-piece installed on or took off from the machine, should avoid
force-hammer.
When the processing is completed, should clean the machine and turn off the
power.
Daily maintenance:
Before starting the machine, check oil level of each unit every day, if oil level
is too low, add oil immediately.
When machine starts, check the hydraulic pressure is normal or not,
regardless of the pressure higher or lower than normal, must be re-set.
Listen to the machine sound while machine runs. As abnormal noise comes
out from machine or temperature too high, should find out the abnormal
source immediately.
Should clean the surrounding of machine every day.
Weekly maintenance:
The air filter on the right side of electrical box should be cleaned once a week

week to maintain good ventilation, and control temperature safely.
Maintenance every six months:
Check all connectors, plugs and switches loosing or not.
The lubricants of gear box and slide should be replaced for the new machine
based on requirement of new machine. The new machine runs in the first 3
months later, should discharge and replace the oil for gear box, lubricants and
clean-up filter.
Annual maintenance:
The new machine runs in the first 3 months later, should be re-calibrated
the machine level and to perform.
The lubricants of gear box, slide and table should be replaced annually
