Thread the 6 mm tube through the housing and set the housing down onto the 
sound  insulation  making  sure  that  the  rubber  sleeve  on  the  pump  wires  is 
under the cut away . 
 
Replace 4 off 3mm x 16 Pozi screws holding the pump housing to the base 
Refit the cable clamp to the top of the pump hosing but do not tighten the nut 
yet 
 
Reconnect  the  12  way  connector  from  the  front  part  of  the  base  unit  to  the 
Power PCB 
 
Reconnect the 2 way connectors to the pump and valve to the Power PCB 
 
Reconnect the 6 mm tube to the pressure relief valve 
 
Reconnect the 4 mm tube to the pressure relief valve. 
 
Reconnect the 4 mm tube from the umbilical to the air filter assembly. 
 
Make sure that all tools etc have been removed from the front and rear parts 
of the unit. 
 
Connect the 12 volt PSU to the socket on the rear unit. 
 
Switch the power on by pressing the on/off button on the front panel 
 
Briefly press the button at the bottom of the handset cradle. 
 
The pump should start 
 
Adjust the 6 mm tube in the top of the pump housing until the noise from the 
pump is minimal and tighten the nut on the cable clamp using Torque Spanner 
TD699 to 1.5 Nm.  The nut will normally be in contact with the main body. 
 
Connect the test gauge on the calibration unit to the system by removing the 
long 4 mm tube from the air filter and reconnecting via the test gauge.
