SK1 and SK2: 4 Character Display Assembly
If the four character display displays anything outside the following predefined
characters (
STBY, OK, LEFT, RIGHT, ON, OFF, PRNT, AUTO, CLIN, BUZ,
RUN, TEST, WAIT, ERR, >25, <5, >50 or any number from 5.0 to 50.0)

Replace the Display PCB.
If replacing the display PCB or the ribbon cable does not solve the problem,
replace the Mainframe and PCB assembly.
Erratic reading indicate that the operation of the valve in the handset is
suspect and it may be necessary to change it.
If a leak occurs in the pressure system the intelliPuff will indicate this with a
message on the handset display. The pressure is verified after every puff.
If the pump seems excessively noisy try adjusting the 6 mm tube in the pump
housing before considering changing the pump. It may be necessary to
replace the tube as tightening the cable clamp will cause the tube to narrow
making it difficult to make a small adjustment.
