Spare Parts

The replacement of most spare parts will require the calibration to be checked
and if necessary the unit must be re-calibrated.

A number of service exchange units are available to minimise cost and repair
complexity.  Service exchange prices are only applicable when the faulty unit
has been received by our Technical Service Department prior to shipping a
replacement.  Service Exchange units may be purchased at the full price with
no exchange unit being sent in.  Service Exchange units have the same part
number as the original assembly with

added to the end

The service exchange handset is especially useful as this is pre-calibrated
and can be replaced on a unit without the need for re-calibration.

Current prices for spare parts are available from Technical Service.
