Intellipuff Service Manual

EP59-12317

The mainframe and PCB assembly including the valve coil is now free. Take
care that the coil assembly does not damage the cables to it as the mainframe
and PCB assembly is handled.

Note  that further  disassembly  of this unit  is NOT  recommended.  The  unit  is
set up and tested as a unit.  Adjustment of the unit is also discouraged as it
has  been  set  up  to  a  strict  test  procedure  using  jigs  only  available  in  our
production department.

Replace Mainframe and PCB Assembly

Lay the case half with the browrest fitted down.

Refit the umbilical cable with the 12 way connector onto the PCB

Lay the mainframe and PCB assembly onto the case half carefully following
the routing of the cables as shown below.

Flatten the cables on top of the mainframe so that they do not cross each
other and retain them in place with a piece of insulating tape.
