Wait 1 second and the cmd: prompt should appear

If the guard time of one second before and after the three <Ctrl+C>s is not there, the
TNC assumes that they are data and sends them to the radio, so be sure to allow at
least one full second before and after the three <Ctrl+C>s.

In most cases, you can simply press and the CONTROL key, then press the C key three
times quickly, then release the CONTROL key.
